Hello from the Southern Palm home watch family! The four of us, Michelle, Rylee, and Troy Carr along with Derryl Fewins, want to thank you for the opportunity to serve you in watching your home in South West Florida. We reside in Cape Coral and own another business in Ft. Myers. Give us a call, we can help!
MEET MICHELLE CARR
Michelle's professional life has seen it all. She held several management positions over the years, from the auto industry to child care to brokering a real estate company. Michelle keeps us organized and on track. She enjoys being a mom to our daughter. Michelle loves taking pictures of nature and especially her pets. She also loves fine dining and enjoying the Southwest Florida climate.
MEET TROY CARR
Troy spent 31 years in the IT industry in a variety of roles. All of it is on the customer service side. He understands and relates well to our customers' wants and needs. He is a people person and prides himself on making you feel comfortable and ensuring you feel cared for. He has passed the Business Owner Course through the Home Watch Academy. He has a variety of interests which include spending time with his daughter and Michelle. He is a wildlife and animal lover, avid fisherman, and all things bike.
MEET DERRYL FEWINS
Before Derryl became a real estate broker, he spent 20 plus years in Quality Control at Steelcase. After leaving Steelcase he began a career in real estate in Michigan. He moved to Florida and opened up a real estate brokerage along with his daughter Michelle. Derryl brings a sharp eye and attention to detail to make sure your home watch experience goes above and beyond what you expect. Derryl and his wife Jan enjoy their grandkids, fine dining, and the sites and sounds of SW Florida.
MEET RYLEE CARR
Rylee is the newest addition to our team. She is the social media coordinator and administrative assistant for Southern Palm Home Watch. Rylee recently graduated from the Business Owner Course through the Home Watch Academy. She is an avid music listener, amateur photographer, and spends time exploring the culinary arts.
